Blue Cyrus is a remote studio that builds websites, AI assistants, ads and lead lists. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with information you give us through this website.

What we collect

• What you type into our enquiry or mock-up form: your name, your business name and website, how to reach you (email or WhatsApp number), and any message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or email.
• Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) if website analytics is switched on. We use a privacy-friendly service that does not use advertising cookies.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you, to prepare the mock-up or proposal you asked for, and to run our business (for example, invoicing). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Who can see it

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions pass through the form service we use to deliver them to us, and WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp. These providers process the information only to provide their service. We share information with others only if the law requires it or if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to talk with you, and for the period required for our business records if you become a client. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Patient information and HIPAA

Please do not send us patient names, health details or any protected health information (PHI) through this website's forms, email or WhatsApp. Our free mock-up and our enquiry process do not need it.

Blue Cyrus is not a healthcare provider. When a project involves an assistant or booking tool that may handle real patient information for a US practice, we will discuss the privacy and security arrangements with you in writing before launch. Where HIPAA applies, this includes agreeing a business associate agreement (BAA) and using services that support one. Our assistants are designed to collect only what is needed to book, such as a name and phone number, and never to give medical advice.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by messaging us on WhatsApp. If you are in the UK, EU or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respect them.

Cookies and third parties

We do not use advertising cookies. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
